Beautiful appearance is good health!

We invite you to aesthetic medicine treatments performed by D. Sainjargal Byambasuren, an alumna of post-graduate studies in aesthetic medicine at the Warsaw Medical University.

Rejuvenating treatments performed with the Cryolift 3 apparatus

The Cryolift 3 apparatus uses the latest technique of cryotherapy - the “effect of an electronic ice cube”. In this particular cryo-plastic therapy with use a custom-designed cooling head which generates a stabilised cold, which released directly onto the skin increases microcirculation, oxygenation of the skin and distribution of the active ingredients. The active substances penetrate deeper - therefore, for this particular treatment we use superior formulations (based on cellular extracts from salmon caviar complexes which intensely stimulate skin regeneration and renewal) from FILORGA Laboratory. The skin regains its firmness, elasticity and radiance.

Cryo-plastic treatment - modelling, lifting and firming the skin using cold threads

LUMINOTHERAPY with use of LED light is a non-invasive type of surgery, performed using t he LED head of the Cryolift III apparatus. Treatment with the LED head is a very effective method to improve the condition of the skin. This treatment does not warm the skin up as lasers lights do. As a result, it is non-invasive, but very effective.

Visible light corresponds to the wavelength between approx. 400nm and 800nm, and that specific wavelength corresponds to an appropriate colour beam. The upper range of the wave generates red light (approx. 630nm) which has the highest capability to penetrate deep into the skin. The lower range generates blue colour (approx.470nm) - blue light which shallowly penetrates the skin.

The latest LED devices (eg. Cryolift III) have the ability to emit yellow light (approx. 590 nm) and green light (approx. 525 nm), which increases the activity spectrum and optimises the effects of luminotherapy.

The research program of the American Aerospace Exploration Agency and NASA Aeronautics proved that the light-emitting LEDs have a significant impact in many areas of medicine. Studies have shown that treatment with Light Emitting Diodes (LED Light Therapy) accelerates wound healing and the growth of human tissue. It was also found that the energy supplied by LED improves cellular metabolism, accelerates cell renewal, and also strengthens the immune system by creating optimal conditions for natural regeneration of cells. The effectiveness of therapy LED was also confirmed by long-term studies conducted in various clinical centres (including in the Medicine College in Wisconsin, USA).

LED light therapy has a broad spectrum of action. Light is an extremely important agent for the existence and proper functioning of living organisms.

SYNERGY - LUMINOTHERAPY AND CRYO-PLASTIC THERAPY

Luminotherapy is an additional option in the Cryolift treatment - LED therapy is a deep stimulation of the skin, increasing natural immunity, cell oxygenation and stimulation of the metabolism and proliferation of fibroblasts, and cryotherapy = cryo-plastic therapy ensures firming and tensing the skin, improves microcirculation, oxygenation of tissues, as well as provides active substances necessary for the comprehensive renewal and regeneration of the skin.

Luminotherapy raises the energy potentials of the cells by stimulating the mitochondria (cellular organelles that are the "energy centres” of cells). Stimulated and oxygenated cells absorb delivered substances in an optimal manner, so that in addition to its intensively stimulating action, Luminotherapy also leads to a higher bioavailability of the nutrients provided to the skin during cryoplastic treatment (with biological complexes from Filorga Professional). Oxygenated cells with high energy potential fully absorb and utilise the active substances.

Combining these two treatments in one session provides a synergistic effect (biorevitalisation and stimulation, omnidirectional improvement of skin condition). What is more, it ensures even more effective absorption and bioavailability of the active substances contained in biological complexes of Filorga Laboratories. Oxygenated cells with a high energy potential (after luminotherapy) optimally respond to the cryoplastic treatment (stabilised cold for firming and improving skin elasticity, biological complexes for the complete renewal and revitalisation).

INDICATIONS FOR CRYOPLASTIC TREATMENT:

  • lack of firmness, flabby skin
  • loss of oval shape of the face
  • drooping cheeks and “hamsters” effect
  • sagging of inner part of arms and abdomen and breasts, eg. after pregnancy
  • as support to treating stretch marks

The procedure should only be performed by a trained professional.

First is the luminotherapy procedure - the special LED head is applied to the skin surface. The LED head is moved in clockwise direction over the skin and we work our way through the entire surface. Light mode alternates smoothly from continuous to pulsating.

We then proceed to perform cryotherapy, using the cold-emitting head of the Cryolift apparatus. We apply a special gel over the skin, which is filled with a complex of nutrients that is distributed by a small movement of the probe. At the end of the treatment we apply appropriately selected professional cosmetics from Filorga Laboratories.

INDICATIONS FOR LUMINOTHERAPY:

Photo-aging (wrinkles, loss of elasticity and firmness, unevenness)

Preventing and delaying the symptoms of ageing (preventive anti-ageing, improving skin condition)

  • acne vulgaris
  • anti-inflammatory effect
  • shallow discolouration, pigmentation disorder
  • loss of vitality
  • reduction of scars, stretch marks (supportive)
  • alignment of the skin surface, reducing unevenness
  • improvement of colouration

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

  • pregnancy and breast - feeding period
  • allergy to light
  • cancer / chemotherapy
  • certain medications (antibiotics, oral retinoids)
  • photo-toxic substances (certain medicines and cosmetics)

LIGHT AND ITS SHADES

Light plays a role photo-modulator for our skin, comparable to the phenomenon of photosynthesis - the process by which plants "breathe".

The Cryolift III apparatus disposes of four kinds of light, their combination provides a unique synergy of action and effectiveness. The light, depending on the wavelength, has a predetermined colour which passes into variable depths so that the impact acts on respective layers of the skin. Cryolift III combines two modules of light: continuous and palpitant, which provides appropriate stimulation of cells (optimal stimulation of mitochondria and generation of an appropriate level of energy bound in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate)).

RED LIGHT penetrates deeply into the dermis, stimulates the proliferation (division) and the metabolism of fibroblasts, therefore, production of growth factors and connective tissue components (collagen, elastin, GAGs) is made possible. Red light affecting the immune system (production by tissue macrophages anti-inflammatory cytokines), has anti-inflammatory properties and soothes irritation. It also oxygenates cells, increasing the bioavailability of nutrients. Improves skin tone regulating microcirculation, smoothes and thickens the skin, reduces signs of ageing (wrinkles, loss of elasticity and firmness), promotes skin regeneration, acts as a prevention of anti-ageing.

YELLOW LIGHT penetrates slightly shallower than red light, stimulates the metabolism of fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, thus accelerates the regeneration of the skin, accelerates the healing of wounds, reduce scarring. Yellow light therapy is also recommended in the prevention of skin ageing.

GREEN LIGHT penetrates to the level of the border between papillary layer and reticular dermis, improves blood circulation and increases tissue oxygenation, has brightening properties - affects the surface pigmentation, regulates the process of melanogenesis, supports the reduction of pigmented spots.

BLUE LIGHT penetrates the skin to a small depth, it gives excellent results in the treatment of acne. Acts directly on Proprionibacterium acnes (direct cause of acne). It has bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties, reduces inflammation and prevents breakouts. It is well tolerated even by sensitive skin. Strains Proprionibacterium Acnes produce porphyrin (in physiological life cycle). Photo-activation enables light absorption by the porphyrin (chromophore) and the release of the reaction of singlet oxygen, which has bactericidal-directed activity (P. acnes is an anaerobic bacteria).

ADVANTAGES OF LED LIGHT THERAPY:

  • Minimal risk of serious side effects (LED phototherapy is not an ablation treatment, and does not cause thermal damage to the tissue).
  • There are no restrictions when it comes to skin photo-type, treatments can be done at any time of the year
  • After the treatment the patient can immediately return to an active lifestyle
  • Treatments are quick and effective

After surgery, the patient can immediately return to daily activities.

OTHER TREATMENTS

Filling of lines and wrinkles - injection treatment eliminating lines and wrinkles on the cheeks, around the mouth, on the forehead, around the eyes and reducing nasal wrinkles. With the use of modern fillers you can also enlarge and rejuvenate your lips. Fillers are usually applied in the case of shallow and semi-deep lines and wrinkles as well as preventing skin ageing in people who develop the first signs of ageing.

Face modeling (Volumetria) - a treatment used for face modelling, lip enlargement, emphasising  cheekbones, raising the corners of the mouth, reducing wrinkles under the eyes and around the "valley of tears". The procedure is also used for filling the fading volume of the face, especially in its upper part - which is a typical symptom of ageing.

Facial skin needle mesotherapy - through the application of formulations rich in vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acid the effect of firm, moisturised, healthy and rejuvenated skin is achieved quickly. The treatment involves injecting the skin with nutrients with quick and short movements.

Botox - wrinkle removal, treating excessive sweating. Botox injection treatment is recommended for people with deep mimic wrinkles, especially on the upper part of the face and the forehead - wrinkles between the eyebrows and horizontal wrinkles and so-called "chicken feet” wrinkles.

Medical, mechanical exfoliation (microdermabrasion) - diamond microdermabrasion gives the effect of deep exfoliation. Excellent results can be achieved through combining microdermabrasion  and mesotherapy or peeling (eg. with fruit acids). Visible results appear after the first treatment. The skin becomes soft, smooth, bright and more flexible.

Removal of stretch marks and cellulite -Mesotherapy - use of combined techniques. Appropriately matched formulations used in the needle mesotherapy and mechanical peeling visibly reduces stretch marks.

Modelling of the chin and body -lipolysis - this non-surgical treatment eliminates local accumulation of fat on the face (chin) and other parts of the body (abdomen, buttocks, thighs). Lipolysis is one of the most effective methods of modelling the body. It consists of injecting specially formulated formulas in the excessive accumulation of body fat. These formulas are based on soybeans used to date in medicine for treating for example fat embolism and dyslipidemia (lipid disturbances). The most effective results are gained by mixing therapies, combining with lipolysis with other treatments.

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture not only heals, it is also a renowned method used in rejuvenating the body and face, improves the condition of the skin and body. It is a painless procedure (the patient will only feel a gentle sting in the moment of driving a needle into the skin) which consists in driving in incredibly thin, disposable needles in specific points on the face and the entire body. Currently, acupuncture has become a popular and highly fashionable method around the world used in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine, as an alternative to botox and plastic surgery.

In the following links you can find information on the use of acupuncture in cosmetics as an anti-ageing treatments that are commonly used today in Japan and the US, among others, by the stars of show business and celebrities:

General state of health has a direct impact on our appearance. Apart from congenital disorders, the general appearance of a person, especially their face, becomes a reflection and testament to their health condition . Beautiful appearance and good health is not just the state of our skin, hair and eyes, it is also the general physical condition of the body and the level of our life energy. In a sense we can say that if we can maintain good skin and face and enjoy good physical condition then we are able to deceive time and stop the inevitable process of ageing.

The holistic approach in Eastern medicine to our health enables us to improve the health of the whole body, and whats more it acts in a beautifying and rejuvenating way. Acupuncture not only improves the appearance of the skin, it also relaxes tense facial muscles, reduces jaw clenching and eliminates tics. Moreover, it also cures diseases, disfunction of internal organs which in turn will increase and stimulate vital energy called "Qi." This is possible thanks to energy meridians, which virtually enclose the whole body and through which the vital “Qi” energy flows.

Puncture of local bioactive points in the body improves local blood flow and enables the release of physiologically active mediators so that the skin condition improves. The skin then becomes tightened and radiant. While using acupuncture we can achieve a similar effect as through invasive procedures, but with the benefit of no risk of serious side effects and high costs. Acupuncture can eliminate the first signs of ageing, like the so called "crow's feet" and other wrinkles.

Acupuncture is effective in the elimination of various skin conditions, eg. acne, chronic seborrheic dermatitis of the skin, hair loss, skin lesions on allergic basis, elimination and reduction of swelling under the eyes and reducing wrinkles.

Most skin defects and problems associated with unattractive appearance are caused by a disturbance in the work of internal organs, or are a result of chronic stress. For example, discolouration that worsens after sun exposure is a result of cholestasis and taking contraceptive hormones which in turn causes irritation of the liver and impairsthenormalsecretionofbile. From my experience, it shows that very often the cause of problems with acne, seborrheic chronic inflammation of the skin, hair loss is due to chronic neurosis.

The key to using appropriate methods of treatment is a correct diagnosis. It should be mentioned that some of diseases which are not a result of neurosis, are likely to increase as a result of long-lasting stress.

Therefore, acupuncture treatments in cosmetology are not simply about putting needles in one’s face and neck. They also treat internal organs responsible for the health of our skin and generally our overall appearance.

What is the rejuvenating and lifting effect of acupuncture on the appearance and condition of the skin of the face?

When puncturing appropriate points on the face and body, blood vessels expand which in turn improves blood flow in the skin. After the treatment it is recommended to have a facial massage with acupressure which will further enhance and strengthen the effects and supplement the action of acupuncture. By improving blood circulation in the face fresh blood is able to flow into it, which in turn nourishes the skin cells and improves its moisture. Your skin becomes warmer, more radiant, tightened and becomes healthy. Acupuncture can be used as prophylaxis against premature emergence of wrinkles and loss of firmness

The treatment in accordance to the individual condition of the patient's skin, consists of 10-20 acupuncture treatments. To maintain the good condition of the skin it is recommended to repeat the treatment every 6-12 months.

In order to obtain faster results, or in the case of deep wrinkles, it is possible to use electro-acupuncture or electro-stimulation, all under medical supervision. However, it is not recommended to use electro-stimulation too frequently.

Is the treatment painful?

During the procedure, the patient will feel. The procedure is performed by experienced doctors - acupuncturists and it should not be painful. You might only feel a slight sting when the needle will be driven into your skin.

Of course, no one can stop ageing, but acupuncture and healthy lifestyle will definitely enable us to longer enjoy good health and healthy appearance of our skin.

When will I see the first effects of the treatment?

The effects of acupuncture can be observed after the first treatment, but best results are achieved at about 30 days after treatment. This is because acupuncture only stimulates bioactive points in the body, but it is the body that regenerates and heals itself. Also, it is worth mentioning that the sooner we start to take care of our health and condition of our skin, the longer we keep our young and beautiful appearance.
